It happened outside a home on the corner of West and North Church streets just before 5 p.m. in Goshen.
The Goshen Fire Department quickly arrived on the scene and put out the fire before it could spread to a home.
Goshen village police say the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Officials say everyone escaped from the van unharmed.
