A phony plastic surgeon in The Bronx has been dealt a very real punishment.

Whalesca Castillo was sentenced to a year behind bars and ordered to forfeit $100,000 Monday after a jury found her guilty of illegally injecting patients with silicone-like enhancements out of her home.

Prosecutors says Castillo also used Krazy Glue to seal puncture wounds and did not have a medical license.
