The NYPD says it is investigating after a man was fatally shot in The Bronx last night just blocks from his home. Police say 21-year-old Derrick Richardson was shot once in the head late last night in the 2100-block of Valentine Avenue. Officials say he was pronounced dead on arrival at Saint Barnabus Hospital. Police say they have not arrested any suspects and the investigation is continuing.
