Police say a 41-year-old cyclist has died after being struck in Williamsburg Thursday.

News 12 is told it happened at 305 Vandervoort Ave. around 2:30 p.m.

Police tell News 12 a box truck driver was going into a garage when it hit the man. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim's identity has not yet been released.
