A Bronx woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 4-month-old baby in the head during an argument with the child's mother.
According to investigators, 28-year-old Candie Hailey-Means stabbed the little girl Friday night at Union Avenue and East 165th Street.
Police say the child suffered a laceration to her forehead and a fractured skull. She is still recovering in the hospital.
