Police are searching for two men involved in a fatal shooting yesterday in East Flatbush. The incident happened outside a Chinese restaurant at 1067 Ralph Ave. Police say a 39-year-old man was killed after being shot in the head, and a 40-year-old deliveryman is expected to recover after being shot in the foot. Police say the younger victim had a record of more than 20 arrests, which included charges for robbery, assault, rape and kidnapping. "Every week, you hear shooting out," one resident said.
