Police say a man was sent to the hospital after being shot Saturday evening in Brownsville.
The shooting happened around 6 p.m. at 531 Bristol St.
Police say the 54-year-old victim was shot in the torso and taken to Brookdale Hospital. He is expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
