A man is accused of showing inappropriate pictures to a child in East New York, according to police.

Investigators say it happened last Thursday around 8 a.m. as a 15-year-old girl and her 14-year-old friend were walking to school.

Police say they are searching for a man they believe is in his 30s.

Investigators say he went up to the girl near Livonia and Pennsylvania avenues, grabbed her by the arm, made an inappropriate sexual comment and then pulled out his phone and showed her pictures of his private parts.

Police say the girl and her friend left the area and he took off headed westbound on Livonia Aveue.
