A Bronx man has been arrested for allegedly trying to buy more than $30,000 worth of heroin from an undercover officer.
Investigators in New Jersey say they got a tip that 28-year-old Joan Mendoza, of Morris Park Avenue, was distributing the drug in the tri-state area.
A detective from Bergen County then posed as a supplier.
