Authorities are investigating whether or not the owner of a vacant building in Morris Park knew a massive marijuana farm was growing inside.
Investigators say the building, located at 610 Morris Park Ave., is owned by Anthony Scandiffio of Morris Park Associates LLC.
Police say they found 593 marijuana plants worth about $7.5 million inside the building. Authorities believe 50 to 60 pounds of the drug came from the facility every month, a crop valued at more than $3 million a year.
Three men, Brian Munoz, Diego Reyes and Victor Reyes, have been arrested in connection with the operation, according to investigators.
