A man has been arrested in connection to an assault of an elderly man inside a Bed-Stuy apartment building.
Police say Lytee Knox Hundley, 31, turned himself in Sunday at the 79th Precinct for the brutal beating of a 62-year-old inside the Tompkins Houses on Friday just before 6:30 p.m.
Hundley is being charged with two counts of assault after he allegedly punched and kicked the victim inside the lobby of the apartment as someone streamed the entire incident to Facebook Live.
The elderly man was rushed to Woodhull Hospital with a fractured nose and eye socket but is said to be doing OK.
Before the arrest, NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea tweeted: "Our communities will not stand for this and neither will the NYPD and NYCHA."
Police say it is still an open investigation.
