Police say they've arrested a suspect who allegedly groped a young woman while exiting the shuttle train at Franklin Avenue.
Authorities say Stuart Cato, 39, grabbed the 24-year-old victim from behind while at the Botanic Garden stop. The woman said he had been making obscene gestures toward her while on the train.
After Cato allegedly groped her, the victim slapped him in the face and he fled, police say.
The victim says she was able to snap a photo of the man on her cell phone before getting off the train.
A resident of the Atlantic Men?s Shelter on Bedford Avenue says Cato often "sits by himself," usually near women.
Cato is charged with forcible touching, harassment and sexual abuse.
