Police: Video shows man jumping on top of, forcibly touching woman

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man seen on video forcibly touching a woman.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man seen on video forcibly touching a woman.
Police say the 35-year-old female victim was walking southbound on Morgan Avenue when she noticed a man was following her for some time. While in front of 361 Stagg St., a video shows the man tackling the victim from behind and forced her onto the ground. The male held the victim down, reached into her shorts and forcibly grabbed her.
According to police, the man then fled the location running eastbound on Stagg Street. The victim was not physically injured and refused medical treatment.
The suspect is described as a man approximately 5'5" tall, weighing 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, green camouflage pants and black sneakers.
