Police say an argument between a husband and wife turned violent Saturday night.
They say a 48-year-old man was shot by his wife just before midnight in Williamsburg.
He was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to be OK.
Police say the wife was taken into custody and is expected to be formally charged later Sunday.
