Police: Woman slashed after argument on No. 6 train

A 53-year-old woman was slashed after an argument with another woman on the No. 6 train in the Bronx Thursday, police say.
The incident happened as the train was passing the Castle Hill section of the Bronx around 6 a.m.
Police say the two women got into some kind of dispute on the train before one of them flashed a knife and cut the victim on her knee.
The train stopped in Parkchester, where the suspect ran away. The woman who was cut was transported to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.
Police say they are looking for the suspect.
