Presidential candidates are canvasing New York state just two weeks away from the primary.

Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton met Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. outside Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, then took a ride on the No. 4 train to 170th Street where she got off and spoke with New Yorkers.

Clinton is in a fierce battle with Sen. Bernie Sanders. She is touting her time living and representing New York as a former senator. 

Sanders was in Pennsylvania laying the groundwork for the primary there on April 26. A recent poll shows Clinton has a lead over Sanders in both New York and Pennsylvania, despite his recent winning streak.

Republican candidate Ted Cruz was upstate today, but met with supporters in the Bronx yesterday. 

Republican front-runner Donald Trump held a rally in Bethpage on Long Island Wednesday. Trump is leading John Kasich and Ted Cruz in the polls in New York.

Kasich stopped by a deli in the Bronx today and held a town hall meeting in Brooklyn during the evening.
