Parents of students at P.S. 83 in Morris Park say parking during dismissal is a nightmare that could get someone hurt.

Parents say congestion gets so bad outside the Bogart Avenue school that people double and triple park just to try and pick up their kids. Drivers ignore the no-standing signs on Bogart Avenue and take up spots intended for school buses, blocking traffic.

Residents say the situation has been like this for years.
