Instead of snow, Brooklyn has seen plenty of rain on the first day of winter. Combined with temperatures dropping below freezing Sunday, roads could icy.
Meanwhile, many Brooklyn residents are trying to clean up the mess left by the winter storm Friday.
Drivers also are changing habits on the roads, taking it much slower on both streets and the highways.
