The Baychester community is joining together in a call for justice following the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old.

Residents rallied at Haffen Park Thursday night where the body of Kemar Brooks was found two weeks ago. Many said that installing security cameras and increasing police patrols would make a big difference in combating violence.

Police have not yet made any arrests.
