A rally was held in memory of George Floyd Tuesday night outside of the Barclays Center to celebrate what would have been his 47th birthday on Wednesday.

Tuesday night marked the beginning of what people are calling eight days of justice for both George Floyd and his brother, Terrence Floyd.

Protesters showed up at the rally and seemed emotional. They say all week they plan to host more events, especially Wednesday, which is expected to be the largest--marking George Floyd’s 47th birthday.
