In the annual Straphangers Campaign's "State of the Subway" report, subway riders ranked the best and the worst trains across the city.
The report ranked the lines based upon criteria such as number of delays, cleanliness and clarity of announcements.
According the riders, the Q train is clean, has few delays and features clear announcements. And for a fourth time in a row, the C train ranked as the worst train in the city.
