The ?L? train won the title of best subway line in the city, according to an annual survey by the Straphangers Campaign released Tuesday.
The ?L,? which runs from Manhattan to Canarsie in Brooklyn, received the highest ranking for its regularity of service and clarity of announcements.
The ?W? train ended up at the bottom of the list, receiving the lowest score out of all 22 subway lines that crisscross New York.
The group says the factors that were taken into consideration when compiling the report included the frequency of car breakdowns, cleanliness, the likelihood of getting a seat, service schedules and regularity of service.
