Residents say they are fed up with a rat infestation in their New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) building on East 147th Street in Concourse.
Residents say the "cat-sized" rats have been living inside the building for at least two years and have begin chewing through the walls.
Neighbors say that they have complained to the NYCHA about the issue but nothing has been done to stymie the infestation.
NYCHA says that it has extermination crews coming to the building on a weekly basis.
