A retired firefighter is suing the Bronx Bombers for an alleged altercation with fans during a home game on May 11.
Lt. Richard Kelly says he went to see the New York Yankees take on the Mariners and was jumped by two men in the 9th inning. He says he had asked one of them to move out of his son's seat.
Kelly claims the men were visibly drunk earlier in the game and that stadium vendors should have stopped selling them beer.
The Yankees had no comment on the suit.
