New technology being tested in Belmont could potentially alleviate the woes of parking-deprived Bronx residents.
The city's Department of Transportation is testing sensors that send GPS directions to drivers when a parking spot becomes available.
While there was mixed reaction from local residents as the technology was tested along 187th Street today, business owners say the parking sensors could help them boost revenue.
