As the snow continues to fall and temperatures hover below freezing, sidewalks remain slippery.

Several sidewalks in the Nostrand House complex were covered in a layer of ice Friday. Residents say it's unclear if they were treated.

As snow fell on top of that ice, people were seen walking with snow gear, one person even using ski poles.

Residents in the area say sidewalks aren't cleared as well as they should be during winter weather.
