A Bronx pastor has returned to the borough after traveling to the Vatican for Cardinal Tim Dolan's elevation ceremony. Fr. Peter Pomposello, of the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Soundview, led a small group of clergy to witness the weekend ceremony. He recorded the visit with pictures and video, and gave communion during Mass at St. Peter's Basilica. "He was so appreciative that we made the trip to share it with him," said Pomposello. "And it's a wonderful celebration of things to come." Cardinal Dolan is expected to say Mass at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing and Rehab Center in Longwood this Thursday.Bronx native to be elevated to cardinal at Vatican ceremonySoundview students honor Archbishop Dolan
