Police: 2 suspects target deliverymen in Crown Heights

Police are searching for two suspects who they say are targeting food deliverymen in Crown Heights.

The latest incident happened Saturday at 1762 Dean St. Police say the suspects are wanted in connection with four other robberies of deliverymen going back to July.

Items stolen in the robberies include a wallet, food, a motorized bicycle helmet worth more than $1,000, $300 in cash and a smartphone. The suspects fled on foot in most cases, police say.

As for the victims, one was taken to the hospital after being sprayed in the face with an unknown chemical substance. The others refused medical attention.
