4th suspect arraigned in Cuomo aide death

The fourth suspect in the gunfight that led to the shooting death of a former aide to the governor pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Wednesday.
Police arrested Kenny Bazile almost two weeks ago in California.
He faces charges of second-degree murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Bazile joins three others facing murder charges for a J'Ouvert gunfight that left Carey Gabay dead in the crossfire last year just before the West Indian American Day carnival.
Prosecutors say they have surveillance video that shows Bazile holding a gun around the time of Gabay's shooting.
Bazile's lawyer declined to comment, other than to reiterate that his client pleaded not guilty.
The judge ordered Bazile held without bail. He is due back in court Oct. 20.
If he chooses, Bazile can have his charges consolidated with the other defendants, which would result in them all standing trial together.
