Williamsburg parade celebrates Puerto Rican heritage

Hundreds of people attended a parade dedicated to all things Puerto Rican in Williamsburg on Sunday.
The festivities included marching bands, salsa dancing and food.
The parade has been going on for 24 years.
Organizer Hector Gonzales says the parade is held in September ahead of October's Hispanic Heritage Month because the weather is generally better.
The event is one of several Puerto Rican festivals held in the borough every year.
