Public advocate releases list of city's worst landlords

Public advocate Letitia James has released her survey of the city's worst landlords.
Topping the latest revision is Harry D. Silverstein, who owns six buildings in Brooklyn and a total of eight in the city.
Silverstein's buildings racked up 2,032 Department of Housing Preservation and Development violations and 50 Department of Buildings violations this year.
His office declined to comment on the findings.
