Police are searching for a suspect accused of striking a man in the face with a metal object in East New York.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 24, inside a building on Dumont Avenue.
Police say the suspect approached a 35-year-old man and struck him in the face with the object before running away.
The victim was transported to Brookdale Hospital where he was treated for a cut.
