Wake held for transit worker killed on subway tracks

Family and friends gathered Thursday to say goodbye to an MTA worker killed while on the job last week.
Louis Gray, 53, was hit by the G train while working on the subway tracks near Fort Hamilton Parkway Station. A wake for the father of two was held in East New York.
Federal investigators say they are looking into whether escape alcoves on the tracks could have prevented Gray's death. The MTA says it is also investigating Gray's death.
The union says 12 transit workers have been killed on the job since 2001.
