Brooklyn church remembers beloved pastor Adolphus Lyon

Hundreds of people gathered in Brownsville on Thursday to honor the life and legacy of a beloved pastor.
First Baptist Church of Brownsville held a memorial service for Bishop Adolphus Lyon. 
Bishop Lyon, who led the church for more than 30 years, passed away at the age of 94. 
Lyon was also known for his political influence in the community. He started the Brooklyn Clergy Task Force to help curb gun violence in the neighborhood, and served on the 73rd Precinct Clergy Council to help women and families.
