Junior's dresses up cheesecakes for holidays
The owners of a Downtown Brooklyn bakery are decorating their famous cheesecakes to spread holiday cheer.
Alan Rosen, the third-generation owner of Junior's, says that the shop will redecorate its classic flavors until January.
For example, the strawberry swirl cheesecake now includes green and red chips.
"My grandfather always said, if we're going to be a great restaurant in New York, we'd have to have great cheesecake," Rosen says.
For out-of-towners, the shop ships its cheesecakes nationwide.
