Wheelchair ramp stolen from woman with polio, glaucoma

An East New York woman living with polio and glaucoma who is bound to a wheelchair had her ramp stolen on last Wednesday.
Barbara Poquee has an appointment on Thursday to get surgery on her eye, and she can't leave her home without a ramp.
She is begging to get her ramp back so that she can make her appointment.
Poquee is asking the Independence Care System, who originally gave her the ramp, to help her find a replacement.
