Many shoppers said that online sites like Amazon are good bets if you know exactly what you are looking for. Those who braved the wet weather Saturday said they found inspiration for gifts in the windows of shops.

Some shoppers told News 12 that they were not yet done with all of their holiday shopping, and will return to the stores before Christmas.
