Police: US marshal brandishes gun at Brooklyn McDonald's

(AP) - Police say a U.S. Marshal has been arrested for using a gun to threaten an employee at a McDonald's in Brooklyn.
Police say Deputy Marshal Charles Brown entered the fast food joint in Bay Ridge at about 1:20 a.m. Saturday and got into an argument with an employee about waiting in line.
Police say the man left and returned with a gun and threatened the employee from outside the restaurant.
The 30-year-old man was arrested nearby on charges of reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a firearm and menacing. Police say they recovered the handgun.
It wasn't clear if Brown had a lawyer who could comment.
