4th arrest made in slaying of Williamsburg landlord
Police on Wednesday made a fourth arrest in connection with the 2014 kidnapping and slaying of Williamsburg landlord Menachem Stark.
Stark was killed on Jan. 2, 2014 after leaving his office on Rutledge Street.
Irvine Henry, 35, is now facing charges that include conspiracy and tampering with evidence in the case. He is a cousin of brothers Kendall and Erskin Felix, who were both arrested in October.
Prosecutors have said Erskin Felix was the mastermind behind Stark's death.
Kendel Felix, another cousin, was found guilty of second-degree murder in September.
The four relatives are accused of kidnapping Stark to extort him. He was forced into a van and wound up suffocating. His body was eventually found in a dumpster on Long Island.
