Commuters are fuming after a man was caught on camera smoking on the 4 train in Brooklyn.
In the video, which was posted to YouTube, the man is seen casually smoking a cigarette as passengers repeatedly asked him to put it out.
The MTA says it's against its rules to smoke on trains and platforms, and that transit cops will issue a violation and court summons to anyone they see doing it.
