The livery cab passenger who was shot during a botched robbery in Flatlands last weekend has died.

According to prosecutors, 19-year-old Michael Magnan tried to hold up the cab driver at a stoplight on Utica Avenue. They say the two began to fight and Magnan fired a gun, hitting Nikita Grebelsky in the backseat.

Magnan had been charged with attempted murder, but upgraded charges are expected.
