Crews work on Crown Heights manhole following explosion

Con Ed crews are working on a manhole problem in Crown Heights today following an explosion last night. Two blocks of Rogers Avenue were shut down last night after a manhole explosion at Union Street. Neighbors say their homes were temporarily evacuated as a precaution while officials investigated. They also lost power. Emergency responders tell us the manhole explosion was minor, and no one was injured.
