Police arrested a Borough Park man today for allegedly taking pictures of a 9-year-old girl.
David Zimmer, 40, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Police arrested Zimmer after reports of a suspicious man taking photos of the girl inside an apartment building hallway in Borough Park. They say his brother, Meyer, was also arrested.
Officials say that records show Zimmer pleaded guilty in 1999 to having sex with a girl under 11 years old and served five years probation.
Authorities are asking other possible victims who may have come in contact with Zimmer to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. All calls are kept confidential.
