Owners seek solutions to dwindling sales over L train closures

Business owners in Williamsburg and Greenpoint are looking for solutions to fix their dwindling sales.
The owner of Forninos on Bedford Avenue says his have lost 25 to 30 percent of their business due to the shutdown of the L train on the weekends. That's why they met with members of the Local Business Improvement District. The owners, such as those at the Brooklyn Brewery, are hoping to get some help in finding a way to fix their hurting wallets.
MTA officials say additional weekends affected by the L train closure are Feb. 25 to the 27 and March 3 to the 5.
