Three Concord Nursing Home patients were hospitalized today after the oxygen supply to their ventilators became very low.

Officials say the three patients were hospitalized as a precaution.

Neighbors who live near the home say they aren't surprised by the incident. They want the state to step in and investigate, claiming the patients are being neglected and calling the nursing home "filthy."

The New York State Health Department says it has sent staff to the nursing home to assess the situation and ensure proper procedures were followed. The three hospitalized residents are expected to be fine.
