Park Slope on edge after second sex assault reported

Police are searching for another suspect in Park Slope's second reported sexual assault this week.
The attack happened Thursday night and video shows the man barging into a woman's home in what police are calling an attempted rape. Someone else was home and managed to scare off the attacker.
Witnesses who chased the suspect down say police officers let him go because of a technicality. Police sources say the officers have since been transferred and put on modified duty.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, who's about 5'4".
