Dekalb Market vendors being moved earlier than thought
Officials say they are moving the Dekalb Market in Downtown Brooklyn to make way for a development.
While vendors say they knew their address would change, it is earlier than they expected. Initially, officials say the vendors would be able to stay at their current location until Dec. 31.
The date was moved up after retailer Century 21 signed onto a lease with developer City Point, and the second phase of development will begin soon.
Vendors say they are currently working with officials to find a new location.
