After state lawmakers put the brakes on Mayor Michael Bloomberg's plan to install speed cameras around the city, the mayor has another idea to slow down speeders: public shame.Bloomberg said on his weekly radio address this week that he wants to put the license plate number and pictures of drivers caught speeding in a public place, so everyone can see who they are.The mayor has not said exactly what public forum the city would use to shame drivers who speed.
