Brookdale University Hospital opens cardiac catheterization lab
Doctors from Brookdale University Hospital and local politicians cut the ribbon today for the official opening to the hospital's new cardiac catheterization lab.
The lab is the first in the city with a state-of-the-art machine used to evaluate patients with blockages in their arteries.
Elected officials like Councilman Charles Barron and Assemblyman Nick Perry contributed to the $2 million project.
