Windsor Terrace losing neighborhood supermarket
Windsor Terrace residents will soon be without their neighborhood supermarket.
The Key Food store on Prospect Avenue is closing up shop at the end of the month and will be replaced by a Walgreen's mega pharmacy.
Residents say it will be a big loss, but borough President Marty Markotwitz is hoping to find another site for the store in the same area.
About 50 employees will lose their job as a result of the closure.
